This Code of Conduct sets out some basic ground rules we are asking you to follow to help make this Extract Summit a welcoming space for all and a harassment free zone.
Please do:
> Be kind to others.
> Respect the opinions and contributions of others.
> Give and take constructive feedback gracefully.
> Communicate with other participants in a respectful manner.
> Remember that the Extract Summit is intended to be an inclusive space for learning, discussions and the exchange of ideas.
Please don’t:
> Harass others.
> Engage in threatening or abusive behaviour.
> Use offensive, insulting or derogatory language.
> Record or take screenshots of other participants.
> Publish the private information of others without explicit permission.
> Engage in other unprofessional or unethical conduct.
If you don’t follow the Code of Conduct:
Participants who violate these rules will be asked to stop and are expected to comply immediately.
If the organisers of the Extract Summit believe that you are not acting in the spirit of this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to:
> Remove your access to the Extract Summit.
> Remove, edit or reject comments or contributions.
> Interrupt a talk, group session or other communication.
> Take any actions necessary to address violations of the rules contained in this Code of Conduct.
Enforcement & Reporting
If you witness or experience any unacceptable behaviour, please report this by emailing details of the incident to the Zyte legal team:
legal@zyte.com. All reports will be treated with discretion and we will respect the privacy and security of the reporter.
